Direct Deposit, PayPal, Cheque are all accepted by Mudd Kids. Cheques are to be posted to PO Box 5125 Hughesdale VIC 3166.  (Cheques must clear before goods are dispatched).

PRICE

Prices are in Australia Dollars and include GST.

RETURNS

If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by contacting enquiries@muddkids.com.au, and we can authorise return or exchange. We do not offer returns based upon on change of mind, please choose carefully.

EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at enquiries@muddkids.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we can rectify the problem promptly. Once authorised to return the order, items must be received in original packaging, in an unworn condition with tags attached at the buyers expense to:

GIFTS

We are more than happy to add a personalised card to any orders. See our cards under the CARDS and WRAPPING section. The card message can be placed in comments section during checkout. Gift wrapping is also offered for an additional cost of $4.50

GIFT WRAPPING

Gift wrapping is available for purchase under the CARDS and WRAPPING section for an additional $4.50. All items will be otherwise wrapped in brown paper with a ribbon. A message can be placed in the comments section during checkout if you wish to request a specific ribbon colour. We will try our best to meet your needs.

SHIPPING

We will endeavor to ship items within 24 hours of payment being received.

Orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post Express Post service at $7.80 per delivery.

Orders over $150 will be shipped free of charge.

In the event a parcel is not delivered or damaged in any way, please contact us at enquiries@muddkids.com.au, and we will endeavor to resolve the matter.

You can order online at anytime. Our general business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Any emails or phone messages outside these hours will be responded to promptly. VIC Public Holidays are observed.
