SHIPPING

We will endeavor to ship items within 24 hours of payment being received.

Orders are shipped Australia wide via Australia Post Express Post service at $8.50 per delivery. Orders are also shipped to New Zealand at a flat rate of $9.50

In the event a parcel is not delivered or damaged in any way, please contact us at enquiries@muddkids.com.au, and we will endeavor to resolve the matter.

RETURNS

If an item is damaged or faulty, please let us know within 7 days of receipt by contacting us at enquiries@muddkids.com.au and we can authorise return or exchange. We do not off returns based upon change of mind. Please choose carefully.

EXCHANGE

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at enquiries@muddkids.com.au within 7 days of receipt and we can rectify the problem promptly. Once authorised items must be received in original packaging, in unworn condition with tags attached at the buyers expense to:

You can order online at anytime. Our general business hours are Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm. Any emails or phone messages outside these hours will be responded to promptly. VIC Public Holidays are observed.
